Zurich, Others Settle Olympic Club Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (July 9, 2010, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A group of insurers that includes Zurich American Insurance Co. has reached a settlement in a coverage dispute over underlying property damage claims against The Olympic Club, putting an end to more than 18 months of litigation over the parties' contractual coverage obligations.
