Robert Half Settles OT Suit With Recruiters

Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has given the nod to Robert Half International Inc.'s agreement to call a truce 12 twelve Florida employees who had accused the company of failing to pay them overtime wages.

Judge Mary S. Scriven for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida approved the settlement and dismissed the suit with prejudice Friday, ending a putative collective action over the professional staffing company's alleged misclassification of the recruiters under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
