Ozzy, Guitarist Near Deal Over Black Sabbath Mark

Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 2:55 PM EDT) -- Former Black Sabbath singer Ozzy Osbourne and guitarist Tony Iommi are close to a deal in Osbourne's suit accusing Iommi of improperly registering a trademark for the band's name with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and attempting to maintain exclusive rights to the name for himself.
