US Can't Be Pulled Into Comair Crash Damages Suit

Law360, New York (July 13, 2010, 3:30 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has delivered a setback to the family members of 49 people killed in a 2006 plane crash in Kentucky, denying the plaintiffs' attempts to simultaneously try punitive damages claims against Comair Inc. and liability claims against the United States.
