Army Family Support Workers Sue Serco For Overtime

Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 3:07 PM EDT) -- Two U.S. Army support services workers have filed a putative class action accusing their employer Serco Inc., which provides management and technology services to the federal government, of failing to pay them overtime for their family counseling work at Fort McCoy, Wis.
