EAA Challenges Belong In District Court: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 2:07 PM EDT) -- A challenge to export sanctions imposed on Macedonian sporting goods and military supply company Micei International under the Export Administration Act belongs in a federal district court, a federal appeals court has determined.
