Tatung America Loses Bid To Dismiss TFT-LCD Suit

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 3:47 PM EDT) -- A federal court has denied Tatung Co. of America Inc.'s bid to escape antitrust litigation over thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels, rejecting the company's arguments that it is in effect a victim of its Taiwanese affiliate's alleged involvement in the price-fixing conspiracy.
