Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Iconic New York street entertainer the Naked Cowboy has followed through on his threat to sue the Naked Cowgirl for allegedly ripping off his intellectual property, claiming her act is “un-American” and makes a “mockery of the system and the trademark infringement laws.”
