Babbo, Batali Served With Class Action Over Tips

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 4:40 PM EDT) -- Two workers at Mario Batali's Babbo Ristorante Enoteca slapped the celebrity chef and his restaurant with a putative class and collective action Thursday, accusing the defendants of failing to pay employees the required minimum wage or a premium rate for overtime hours.
