BP Can't Disqualify La. Judge Over Debt Instruments

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 6:58 PM EDT) -- BP PLC and two other companies potentially responsible for the massive Gulf of Mexico oil spill have lost their bid to disqualify a judge overseeing more than 40 lawsuits against them, but they were given a chance to replead.
