Station Casinos Defeats Attempt To Stay Bidding Order

Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 7:20 PM EDT) -- The unsecured creditors in Station Casinos Inc.'s Chapter 11 case have lost a bid to stay a bankruptcy court order allowing the casino resort operator to move forward with a plan to sell most of its assets.

Judge Gregg W. Zive of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada on Monday denied a request by the official committee of unsecured creditors to stay a June 4 order approving the bidding procedures for the sale.
