Adelphia Bondholders' Appeal Shot Down

Law360 (February 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court panel has reportedly shot down a request by Adelphia Communications Corp.’s bondholders to have a lower court decision overturned that required them to post a $1.3 billion bond in exchange for a review of the cable provider’s bankruptcy case.
