O2 Micro-Monolithic Patent Fight Heads Toward Trial

Law360 (February 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a setback for Monolithic Power Systems Inc., a federal judge has denied the company’s motion for summary judgment that patents asserted by rival O2 Micro International Ltd. are invalid, paving the way for the case to head to trial.
