Comair, Pilots Call Temporary Truce

Law360, New York (February 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Twenty minutes past deadline, Comair and its pilots union reached a provisional truce early Tuesday morning, with the bankrupt airline agreeing to delay the wage cuts and other concessions it planned to impose.

The agreement, which came a week after the Air Line Pilots Association threatened to strike, must still be reviewed by the pilots and get approval from the union’s president by March 4, the union said.
