HP Strikes Deal With DOJ On Kickback Claims

Law360, New York (August 2, 2010, 8:22 PM EDT) -- Technology giant Hewlett Packard Co. said Monday it had reached a deal with the U.S. Department of Justice to resolve an investigation and a pending federal lawsuit related to allegations that HP and other companies were part of a kickback scheme for contracts with government agencies.
