Pa. High Court To Tackle Prevailing Wage Law Case

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 3:04 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania's highest court has agreed to hear a case that will determine whether the state's prevailing wage law applies to portions of publicly funded construction projects that are privately financed.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday granted the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Appeals Board's petition for allowance of appeal to challenge a lower court decision that reversed its ruling that a $6.7 million construction project was a public works project.
