BofA Reaches Accord With ExpressJet In ARS MDL

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. has laid down its sword in a spat with ExpressJet Airlines Inc. that is part of multidistrict litigation seeking damages from the collapse of the auction rate securities market.

Judge Jeffrey S. White of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California signed off on the settlement Thursday and ordered the case closed.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed in court documents, and attorneys representing the parties did not immediately respond to requests for comment Thursday.
