IP Litigation Trends: Financial Services

Law360 (February 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- With intellectual property litigation only just beginning to emerge on Wall Street, Citigroup Inc. litigated more patent cases than any other financial services provider in 2006, our survey of the top 50 U.S. financial companies revealed.

Citigroup litigated nine patent cases in 2006, followed by Bank of America Corp., which came in second with four.
