FreshLoc Sues Again Over RFID Tracking Patents

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 3:01 PM EDT) -- FreshLoc Technologies Inc. has fired off a lawsuit that accuses GE Healthcare Inc. and two other companies of infringing patents that cover radio frequency identification tracking technology.

Dallas-based FreshLoc, which uses a network system to provide refrigeration and other temperature-monitoring services for the food supply industry, lodged its complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
