Investors Back Out Of Synchronoss Securities Case

Law360, New York (August 10, 2010, 3:57 PM EDT) -- A group of investors suing Synchronoss Technologies Inc. has given up its quest to recover losses stemming from Apple Inc.'s decision to remove the company's technology from the iPhone 3G in June 2008.

Chief Judge Garrett E. Brown Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey signed off on a stipulation for dismissal of the case Friday, with both sides bearing their own costs.
