Rancor Builds Between Dana, Retirees

Law360, New York (February 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Dana Corp. is continuing to fight a group of retirees seeking to postpone the auto supplier’s reorganization, which proposes to eliminate the former workers’ benefits.

On Monday, Dana blasted a suggestion put forth by a retiree panel to hold off on enacting labor and benefit changes for two months, according to papers filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan.
