Pegasus Again Loses Appeal Of Ch. 11 Dismissal

Law360, New York (August 11, 2010, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court panel has upheld the dismissal of Pegasus Wireless Corp.'s voluntary Chapter 11 case, affirming rulings that the bankruptcy was not filed in good faith.

Judges Susan H. Black, Rosemary Barkett and Frank Hull of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit agreed with the bankruptcy and district courts in dismissing the case for cause on Monday.
