Officer Sues To Block 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Discharge

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A decorated flight officer has asked a federal court to block his discharge from the U.S. Air Force under the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, arguing that he was denied due process in an investigation of his alleged homosexual conduct.
