Health Groups Join Fight For NYC Tobacco Warnings

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 4:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed about two dozen health groups to file a joint amicus brief in support of a disputed New York rule that requires retailers to place warning signs near tobacco products, saying the city's understaffed legal department could use the help.
