Littler Picks Up Morgan Lewis Managing Partner

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 5:18 PM EDT) -- The former chair of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP's Chicago labor and employment practice has departed for Littler Mendelson PC.

Barry A. Hartstein, a 30-year legal veteran and former managing partner of Morgan Lewis' Chicago office, joined Littler as a shareholder on Monday.

A litigator who has defended management from individual and class action claims, Hartstein is also versed in counseling employers and wrote a policy manual called “Employer's Guide to Auditing Personnel and Employment Practices.”
