Apple Sues Indicted Manager Over Trade Secret Breach

Law360, New York (August 16, 2010, 7:25 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. has filed a lawsuit against a global supply manager who pled not guilty Monday to charges that he took millions in kickbacks from the company's Asian suppliers, accusing its former employee of breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation.
