House Panel Questions BP Post-Spill Ad Spending

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 10:56 AM EDT) -- House Energy and Commerce Committee chairmen are asking BP PLC to justify its reported multimillion-dollar advertising and marketing campaign as it continues to clean up oil from the fatal Deepwater Horizon rig explosion on April 20.
