Nike Fraud Suit Against Lombardi Licenser Survives

Law360, New York (August 17, 2010, 2:26 PM EDT) -- A company specializing in licensing the images of deceased celebrities has failed in its bid to dismiss a breach of contract and fraud lawsuit brought by athletic apparel giant Nike Inc. over a nonexistent recording of famed football coach Vince Lombardi.
