Second Circuit Revives Charbucks Controversy

Law360 (February 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has tossed out a lower court's ruling against Starbucks Corp., allowing the coffee giant’s trademark infringement battle against a small New Hampshire coffee company to rage on.

On Thursday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit vacated the district court’s decision and remanded the case for further proceedings, giving a second life to Starbuck’s trademark violation claims.
