Fairfield Fund Sues To Recoup $162M In Madoff Payout

Law360, New York (August 19, 2010, 5:20 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Fairfield Sentry Ltd., the largest Madoff feeder fund, has gone on the offensive against more than a dozen banks, insurers and financial firms in an effort to recover almost $162 million it says will help to pay creditors.
