Contract Suit Against Michael Jackson's Estate Nixed

Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A federal court has thrown out a breach of contract suit a concert promoter lodged against Michael Jackson's estate and Frank Dileo, Jackson's one-time manager, over a failed “family reunion” concert.

Plaintiff AllGood Entertainment Inc. had only an unenforceable letter of intent, not a firm agreement with Dileo, Judge Harold Baer of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled Thursday.
