AUO Execs Can't Leave US Amid Antitrust Case: Judge

Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that the CEO and three other leaders of AU Optronics Corp. must surrender their passports as the U.S. government prosecutes them for allegedly participating in a $500 million price-fixing scheme in the thin-film transistor liquid crystal display panel market.
