Ansel Adams Trust Sues Over Garage Sale Negatives

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A group representing the late Ansel Adams has filed a trademark infringement suit against a California man who claims he purchased a series of lost negatives by the famous photographer at a garage sale 10 years ago.

The Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust filed suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Rick Norsigian and consulting firm PRS Media Partners LLC.
