Sex Toy Maker Cuts 18 Cos. From Fleshlight Patent Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2010, 4:07 PM EDT) -- Sex toy maker Interactive Life Forms LLC on Tuesday dropped patent infringement claims over its Fleshlight devices against 18 companies, many of which have also recently cut deals to exit a parallel Section 337 probe in the U.S. International Trade Commission.
