New Trial Ordered For Nigerian Barge Defendants

Law360, New York (February 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The three bankers implicated in the Nigerian Barge scandal following the collapse of Enron Corp. will be retried, although the judge in the case has urged the defendants and federal prosecutors to resolve the matter out of court.
