Transocean Seeks Faster Ruling On Blowout Preventer

Law360, New York (August 25, 2010, 12:53 PM EDT) -- A Transocean Ltd. unit has asked the judge in the multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon disaster to speed up consideration of a protective order that would block the U.S.' bid to unilaterally control testing of the oil rig's blowout preventer, a key piece of evidence.
