Advertisers' Facebook Click Suit Moves Forward

Law360, New York (August 26, 2010, 5:59 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has determined that Facebook Inc. may not adequately protect advertisers from being charged for inadvertent clicks, denying a portion of the social networking leviathan's motion to dismiss a putative class action and allowing nonfraud breach of contract claims to move forward.
