IBM Wins Commission Dustup With Employee

Law360, New York (August 30, 2010, 7:31 PM EDT) -- IBM Corp. has beat a breach of contract suit that accused it of shorting a current sales employee on a commission he claimed he was owed in connection with $3.8 million in licensing fees Motorola Inc. paid Big Blue for software licenses.
