Ex-Pfizer Worker Loses Bid To Revive ERISA Dispute

Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has rejected a former Pfizer Inc. employee's claim that the company violated its fiduciary duties under a retirement plan by giving her incorrect information about how early retirement would affect her stock options.
