Ore. National Guard Poisoning Suit V. KBR To Proceed

Law360, New York (August 31, 2010, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has denied military contractor KBR Inc.’s motion to dismiss in a lawsuit lodged by more than two dozen Oregon National Guard soldiers who claimed they suffered hexavalent chromium poisoning while providing security for the company during its restoration of a water plant in Iraq.
