9th Circ. Leaves Class Alive In Jackson RICO Suit

Law360, New York (September 2, 2010, 12:07 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has declined to reconsider the certification of a class of senior citizens in a suit that accuses Jackson National Life Insurance Co. of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and state financial elder abuse law by hiding fees connected to deferred annuities.
