Class Action Against Nissan Over Rollaway Cars Tossed

Law360, New York (September 3, 2010, 12:38 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out class action allegations that Nissan Motor Co. Ltd.’s electronic key system violates car safety standards, leaving only individual product liability claims that Nissan’s cars are defective and roll away while the engine is off.
