OLG Trims $7M Suit Over Army Vehicle Contract

Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 4:39 PM EDT) -- Overseas Lease Group Inc. has trimmed its claims in a $7 million lawsuit accusing the U.S. government of violating federal procurement laws and the terms of a contract for leased police vehicles in Kabul, Afghanistan.

The leasing company lodged an amended complaint in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Friday, days after a judge dismissed two claims under the Contract Disputes Act without prejudice.
