EREH Wants Judgment In GSA Property Contract Fight

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Property lessor EREH Phase I LLC has asked a federal court for a judgment in its protest of a contract for a new military medical center, arguing that the U.S. General Services Administration failed to properly vet a rival bidder's offer.

EREH told the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Friday that the GSA violated its solicitation of offers for the military's planned Medical Command Headquarters by awarding a lease to a GBA Associates LP-owned property located on a flood plain.
