DOJ Expects To Bring Civil Suit Over Gulf Spill

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 7:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice said Monday that it expects to file a civil complaint related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, asking a judge who oversees multidistrict litigation to consider its unique position as a plaintiff in the case.
