Law360, New York (September 15, 2010, 4:29 PM EDT) -- Cox Communications Las Vegas Inc. has won its bid to escape a state claim in an installation technician's suit against the company and a handful of electrical contractors it hired, but it failed to duck a Fair Labor Standards Act allegation.
