Boxer, WWE Lose 2nd Bid To Dodge Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 1:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has knocked out a bid by boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. to reconsider an earlier ruling that slapped down their efforts to dismiss allegations that they had improperly used a song by musician Anthony Lawrence Dash.
