Rigases' Conspiracy Case Back In District Court

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Adelphia Communications Corp. founder John Rigas and his son Timothy are back before a federal district court fighting a conspiracy charge that they claim is a double jeopardy violation.

According to an order filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the parties will file a stipulation within 10 days as to the discovery to be conducted on the Rigases' motion to dismiss the indictment based on alleged violations of their Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights.
