Fluor, IAP Unit Settle Spat Over Air Force Contract

Law360, New York (September 15, 2010, 1:58 PM EDT) -- Fluor Intercontinental Inc. has resolved a dispute alleging a subsidiary of IAP Worldwide Services Inc. breached a subcontract for a terminated construction project for the U.S. Air Force.

Judge Richard Smoak of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida on Monday dismissed the case in light of the parties’ notice on Sept. 10 that they had reached an out-of-court settlement.
