Chicago's Win In Supplier's Contract Spat Stands

Law360, New York (September 14, 2010, 1:20 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to reconsider his decision to nix Chicago United Industries Ltd.'s suit accusing the city of Chicago of mistreating it by unlawfully reducing or eliminating orders on existing contracts, failing to award it new contracts and halting communications with the supplier.
